The Toglab partnered with Skrap, a London-based startup revolutionizing the construction and waste management industry through digital innovation. Our collaboration focused on building the brand identity, digital experience, and product ecosystem for Skrap’s B2B and B2C platforms. From its early stages, The Toglab played a foundational role in shaping Skrap’s creative direction—designing its visual identity, digital products, and communication materials to align with its vision of modernizing the £20B construction hire market.
Our team developed a comprehensive design system from the ground up, enhancing usability and consistency across the mobile app, website, supplier dashboard, and driver app. Through user research, interviews, and testing, we uncovered key pain points and implemented data-driven design improvements, leading to a 27% increase in conversions and an 18% reduction in drop-offs. In collaboration with Skrap’s stakeholders, The Toglab designed investor pitch decks that helped secure £1.2M in seed funding, gaining coverage in Yahoo Finance and Forbes. The studio also created Skrap’s complete brand identity system, marketing visuals, social media assets, and promotional videos—ensuring a unified and forward-looking visual language that positioned Skrap as a leader in construction tech innovation.
